FEPA Size Distribution F8~F220 Our company's white fused alumina is made from low-sodium industrial alumina as raw material, smelted in an electric furnace at temperatures above 2000 degrees Celsius, and then crushed, shaped, magnetically separated to remove iron, and sieved into various particle sizes. It has a dense texture, high hardness, and spherical particle shape. White fused alumina is suitable for manufacturing ceramics, resin-bonded abrasives, as well as polishing, grinding, sandblasting, precision casting, etc., and can also be used to manufacture high-grade refractory materials. The code "WA" is consistent with international and national standards, and the general particle size is F8~F220. Its chemical composition varies depending on the particle size. Its outstanding characteristics include small crystal size and impact resistance. Processed and crushed using a Barmac ball mill, the particles are rounded, have a clean surface, and are easily bonded with binders.
Fused white fused alumina is a medium-to-high-grade refractory raw material. It is pure white in color, crystal clear, and possesses advantages such as high bulk density and low porosity, effectively improving the material's volume stability and thermal shock resistance. Fused white fused alumina is a major raw material for producing medium-to-high-grade unshaped and shaped refractories. It is used in large ladle castables, medium-to-high-grade iron trough castables, spray guns, precast components, and other unshaped refractories, as well as various corundum products such as corundum bricks, corundum saggers, integral spray guns and composite nozzles, and high-temperature industrial kiln linings. It is widely used in the steel, cement, ceramics, abrasive, and petrochemical industries.
Calcined alumina is produced using high-quality industrial alumina as raw material, employing a new type of high-temperature rotary kiln and a scientific calcination method. Therefore, it possesses excellent properties: low impurity content, high conversion rate, stable shrinkage, and a complete range of varieties. The product appears as white fine sand or powder, with uniform particle size, easy dispersion, and good sintering performance. Based on years of production experience and practice, the company has developed XYA-1 for refractory materials, XYA-2 for castables, and XYA-3 for polishing and grinding. It can be applied to the manufacture of bulletproof materials, ceramic materials, refractory materials, grinding and polishing materials, and in the nuclear industry.
Fused mullite is produced by melting high-purity quartz sand and industrial alumina in a large electric arc furnace. The product has low residual carbon and well-developed needle-like crystals. With its excellent thermal shock resistance and wear resistance, it is widely used in glass kiln lining bricks, mullite bricks for alkali-free glass settling tanks, hot blast stove bricks for large smelting blast furnaces, low-creep sillimanite bricks for blast furnaces, ceramic kiln furniture, saggers, kiln shelves, and petrochemical industries, serving as a raw material for high-grade refractory materials.
Alumina hollow spheres are made from industrial alumina using an electro-melting blowing method, producing very lightweight alumina hollow spheres. Lightweight refractory insulating bricks made from these hollow spheres have low insulating density, low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, and strong insulation properties. They can improve the thermal efficiency of kilns, shorten production cycles, reduce furnace weight, and lower energy consumption. They are widely used in industrial kilns in metallurgy, light industry, chemical industry, ceramics, glass, and electronics industries, directly or indirectly as thermal insulation materials.
White, harder and more brittle than brown corundum, with strong cutting force, good chemical stability, and excellent insulation properties. Applications: Suitable for wet or dry blasting of bonded and coated abrasives, ideal for ultra-precision grinding and polishing in the crystal and electronics industries, and for manufacturing high-grade refractory materials; suitable for processing hardened steel, alloy steel, high-speed steel, high-carbon steel, and other materials with high hardness and tensile strength. It can also be used as a catalyst, insulator, and precision casting sand.
XYPWA series flat-plate alumina micro powder is a white powder produced using imported German flat-plate alumina as the main raw material. It features high hardness, strong grinding power, resistance to scratches, high surface processing efficiency, and high precision. It offers high cost-effectiveness and can replace similar imported products.
Boron carbide is a black crystal with a metallic luster, commonly known as black diamond. It is a powdered product produced by high-temperature solid-state smelting and pulverization of boric acid as the main raw material, along with carbonaceous materials such as petroleum coke. It belongs to the category of superhard materials, along with diamond and cubic boron nitride.
